  • Leadership Styles and Self-Assessment

  • Case Study: “Leadership in Times of Change”

  • Team Building Activities

Learning Outcome:
Students will understand the foundational qualities of effective leaders and assess their own leadership styles.

  • Introduction to Entrepreneurship

  • MIT Campus Visit led by a MIT student who will share his MIT studying life and his special path to MIT.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset & Risk-Taking

  • Case Study: “A Startup’s First Big Pivot”

  • Group Brainstorm: Problem-Solving for Real-World Issues

Students will learn how to identify opportunities and begin forming startup ideas.

Day 4

  • Business Model & Strategy

  • Boston Freedom Trail Tour

  • Business Model Canvas Workshop

  • Value Proposition, Customer Segments, and Revenue Streams

  • Case Study: “How a Small Idea Became a Global Business”

  • Team Project: Drafting Your Own Startup Model
